The Sunshine market down the street only has eggrolls on Tuesday.... it' was almost 3 months before I got a couple of Tuesdays in there... I was starting to think Tuesdays had fallen off the calendar or perhaps just off of my calendar... but no... last week, I managed a Tuesday, but it was a complete surprise to me! And then it happened again today! So I ate too much for lunch as I had my salad and I ate 2 eggrolls with it. It made me very thirsty because I like soy sauce on the eggrolls but it was worth it. You never know when you get a Tuesday these days.
So there, that's my story of Tuesday 2.
Not like any other day really... Tuesday has it's own weird thing and I'm not quite sure what it is yet but I'm glad I got eggrolls for lunch today. They're really good.
